Executive - Oracle Apps DBA

As a professional responsible for administering and maintaining the installation of applications such as e-business and Siebel, as well as the maintenance of Application and Database, your primary duties will revolve around ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and minimal downtime of DBA (Application / Database) across the organization's e-Business and Siebel Application. Your responsibilities will include managing daily RMAN backup schedules, implementing DR (Destroy Recovery), patching Oracle databases using Opatch, monitoring critical patch sets every three months, planning and executing patch activities in various environments, performing cloning from Production to Test/Dev Environments, conducting post-clone activities, configuring AD utilities and WF for mail notifications, monitoring and optimizing application & database performance, overseeing Workflow service, ensuring Discoverer Application functionality, installing/upgrading Demantra Application, maintaining Demantra Application, troubleshooting Workflow issues in Demantra, managing Application Server installations/upgrades, handling ASCP Application installations/upgrades/maintenance, addressing Concurrent Programs Performance, installing/upgrading SSO/OID Application, and maintaining SSO/OID Application. To excel in this role, you are expected to respond promptly and effectively to resolve DBA-related issues, maintain the performance of Application & Database Servers, possess a B. Tech degree in IT/Computer Science, exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and responsibilities.,
