Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Managing Home Care appointments (Home Sample Collection, Nursing Care / Visits, Medicine delivery, Child and Adult Vaccination, Patient Care Giver at Home & Physiotherapy at Home)
Handling customer complaints and follow-ups
Handling calls - both inbound and outbound, having knowledge of Home Care Services
Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience Home Care Services.
Any other ad hoc duties related to hospital operations assigned by supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must be Graduate in any discipline.
Good Communication Skills. (Verbal & Written)
Preference of atleast 1 year of experience in healthcare \ service industry \ BPO .
