Role & responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and provide support for CAMS Pay transactions and services.
  • Manage day-to-day operational activities including transaction processing and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support service quality improvements to enhance customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (Preferably B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.A degree).
  • Freshers /up to 1 year experience in back office operations are eligible.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic knowledge in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
