Executive- Operations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling policy insurance generation & Data Verification: Ensure the accurate and timely verification of data related to monetary policies, while monitoring the flow of policy issuance.

2. Operational Task Management: Create and maintain a daily to-do list for operational tasks, ensuring prioritization based on urgency and importance. Maintain strict adherence to TAT for all tasks.

3. Process Improvement: Identify and implement solutions to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency, contributing to increased productivity.

4. Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to optimize workflow and ensure smooth operations. Work closely with different teams to enhance overall process effectiveness.

5. Reporting & Analysis: o Prepare regular reports on operational performance metrics, tracking key indicators. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for operational optimization.

6. Time Management: Effectively manage time to meet deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks without compromising quality.

Skills:

1. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)

2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

3. Excellent problem-solving abilities

4. Analytical thinking with attention to detail

Eligibility:

i) 0-1 year of relevant experience in operations or a similar role.

ii) Any Bachelor's Degree Working Hours

iii) UK Shift – (12:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M)

iv)Should be flexible for rotational shifts between 08.00 am to 11.00 pm, working on weekends and Festival days.

v) 6 days of working at the office. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment and is eager to contribute to operational success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
