Executive - Operation & Maintenance (Power Distribution)

We are seeking young and dynamic Power Distribution O&M Engineers to execute the operations and maintenance, of our power distribution systems. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring a reliable, safe, and efficient power supply across our service area, maintaining high standards of network performance, and reducing downtime through proactive maintenance strategies.

What does this role entail?

• Operation Management:

  Execute day-to-day operation of 33kV, 11kV, and 0.415kV power distribution network, ensuring consistent and reliable power delivery.

• Maintenance activities:

  Breakdown and systematic maintenance of 33kV, and 11kV overhead line to ensure optimal performance and minimize outages. Engage in complete maintenance of 33kV, and 11kV overhead Sub Station. Installation and maintenance of DTR in 11kV, 0.415kV DTR

• Troubleshooting:

  diagnose and resolve faults in electrical equipment in the power distribution network including bifurcation of feeders at above voltage levels and replacement of power transformer/

• System Monitoring:

  Use SCADA, distribution management systems (DMS), and other tools to monitor system performance and respond to faults or disruptions on time.

• Compliance & Safety:

  Ensure all operations and maintenance activities comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

• Reporting:

  Prepare and maintain records of operations and maintenance activities, equipment logs, and incident reports. Generate performance and reliability reports for management review.

• Collaboration:

  Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system improvements and issue resolution.
