As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining close communication with customers and courier partners to ensure fast pickup and timely delivery at the destination. Your key performance indicators will include achieving a Mail-in NPS score of 65 or higher on a monthly basis and ensuring that the Mail-in TAT for device pickup and drop connections is equal to or less than 24 hours. Additionally, you will be expected to exceed the daily target of SR closures by more than 150% and manage SR/call pending cases effectively to achieve an end-to-end closure rate of greater than or equal to 80%. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and courier partners will be essential to facilitate efficient services and timely resolutions.
