Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Executive - Office Leasing (Real Estate). The Executive will be responsible for managing office leasing activities, handling administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate accounting records. Day-to-day tasks include communication with clients, coordinating with vendors, assisting in office administration, and ensuring the smooth operations of leasing activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
• Basic knowledge of Accounting principles
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
