The Senior Executive will be responsible for developing new seasoning products, conducting market research, and ensuring product quality. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing product development timelines, and overseeing testing and trial processes to bring innovative seasoning products to market. Qualifications Experience in product development and seasoning formulation Skills in market research and analysis Strong project management abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently within a structured environment Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field Must have experience in the food industry.
