EXECUTIVE N - REGIONAL SERVICES

You will be working as a Regional Service Officer in the Colour World Marketing department in Cochin, Kerala. Your main responsibilities will include: - Smooth installation of Dealer Tinting System (Colour Worlds) and providing regular after-sales service. - Monitoring the performance of other service providers and offering innovative suggestions for service improvement. - Taking care of all areas related to hardware installation, servicing, and maintenance in the Colour Worlds to ensure quality output. - Acting through a set of agencies to carry out specific activities like setting up systems, developing service agencies, monitoring servicing, coordinating installations, and conducting periodic audits. Qualifications required for this role are: - B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation with first-class graduates (minimum 60% marks) and only male candidates are eligible. - Good communication skills and proficiency in English. - Age should be less than 26 years, although exceptions can be made for exceptional candidates. - Computer literate with knowledge of DOS, Word, and Excel. - Preferably 1 to 3 years of field experience in front-line servicing or coordination, preferably in the Consumer Electronics or White Goods industry.
