EXECUTIVE N - REGIONAL SERVICES

As a Regional Service Executive in Cochin within the Sales & Marketing department of Colour World, Marketing, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth installation of Dealer Tinting System (Colour Worlds), providing regular after-sales service, monitoring the performance of other service providers, and constantly offering innovative suggestions for improving service quality. To qualify for this position, you should hold a B.E. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation with first-class honors, scoring a minimum of 60% marks in graduation. This role specifically requires male graduates under the age of 26, although exceptions can be considered for exceptional candidates. Effective communication skills, computer literacy (proficiency in Dos, Word, Excel), field experience of 1 to 3 years in front-line servicing or coordination, preferably in the Consumer Electronics or White Goods industry, are preferred qualities. However, competent freshers will also be considered. Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing all hardware aspects of the Colour Worlds installation, servicing, and maintenance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. This includes setting up systems, developing service agencies, monitoring servicing, coordinating installations, and conducting periodic audits through a network of service providers. Your role will play a crucial part in enhancing the overall service quality and customer satisfaction within the designated region.
