Role Overview: As an Executive in Storefront Merchandising at Swiggy, your primary role will be to ensure the delivery of an exceptional user experience for customers. You will be entrusted with the task of overseeing and implementing a top-notch storefront experience across Swiggy's app for all campaigns. This entails creating catalogs, configuring campaigns in alignment with central guidelines, and collaborating closely with Category Management, Design, Content, and Marketing teams to oversee the entire execution process until the campaigns go live. Key Responsibilities: - Execute the complete customer journey for core categories and flagship campaigns - Liaise with various teams to gather relevant inputs - Ensure timely communication with Design teams to maintain the quality of visual and copy elements - Continuously strive to enhance the merchandise experience through the development and implementation of creative ideas - Monitor campaign performance post go-live on a daily basis by conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses - Make necessary adjustments as required Qualification Required: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in merchandising - Profound understanding of the importance of ensuring a seamless customer flow in an online business Additional Details: This pivotal role will be based in Swiggy's central team located in Bangalore.
