The opportunity

Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our account-centric approach to serving clients starts with knowing about their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Executive Management, Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

We assist the executive management in overseeing the firm's operations. Key responsibilities includes:

• Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify priority areas, growth driver solutions, review account plans and to drive growth and market enablement initiatives
• Conceptualising and implementing firm-wide market campaigns to link and align PAN India teams on focus solutions, growth opportunities, etc
• Monitoring firm revenue and pipeline and facilitating management review
• Preparing GTM materials for the firm
• Preparing reports for management review

Your key responsibilities

. Requisition-to-Onboarding o Download reqs from client SC portals (Ariba, Fieldglass, ) o Share reqs with competency teams and source CVs o Upload CVs onto client SC portal in line with response-time SLAs o Schedule client interviews for shortlisted candidates o Initiate BGV and other onboarding formalities for selected candidates . Order-to-Cash o T&M resources accrual reconciliation with client FinOps team o Billing and invoicing o Accounts Receivables and Collection . Operational Reporting o Inventory reporting (demand-to-select funnel reporting) o Resource deployment reporting by SSL/Competency o Service delivery metrics reporting (TAT, SLAs, etc)

Skills and attributes

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

Experience

• Business Analysis (3+ years)
