Executive (Marketing)

You will be responsible for order processing and documentation, including reviewing purchase orders, generating Proforma Invoices, coordinating Pre-Production Orders, issuing Dispatch Instructions and Delivery Advice. You will need to ensure smooth internal process flow and alignment with customer and production schedules. Acting as a central point of contact post-order, you will liaise between sales, production, logistics, and customers. Regular follow-ups with production and logistics teams will be essential to ensure timely dispatches. Trackers for various documents like Proforma Invoices, Pre-Production Orders, Dispatch Instructions, and Delivery Advice need to be maintained for all customer orders. Prompt escalation of any issues or delays to higher management is also part of your responsibilities. Communication plays a key role in this role, as you will provide regular updates to customers and internal teams regarding order status. Maintaining proper documentation of post-order activities for audits and internal reviews is crucial. Additionally, you will be required to prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills, a basic understanding of supply chain or order processing, familiarity with documents such as Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoices, Pre-Production Orders, Dispatch Instructions, and Delivery Advice, proficiency in MS Excel, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively under deadlines.
