Executive-Logistics and Dispatch

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated freshers to join our Logistics and Dispatch team at our Gowavelly warehouse. The ideal candidate should be flexible, tech-savvy, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate dispatches, maintaining system updates, and supporting day-to-day logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities from the warehouse
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all shipments
• Operate and update logistics software and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Work closely with the warehouse team to track and verify outgoing shipments
• Communicate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Assist in inventory checks, order processing, and scheduling
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Any discipline)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and warehouse-related technologies
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to shift timings
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work from our Gowavelly warehouse location
• Physically fit and comfortable working in warehouse conditions
