Executive LAQ CBM

As a Land Acquisition and Liasoning Specialist, your role entails carrying out intimate coordination and liaison with village Patwaris, RIs, and revenue department officials at the District Level. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate demarcation and measurements by the Patwaris, advising on land/revenue matters, and obtaining correct information from various land records. Additionally, you will assist in stacking, marking sketches in the field, and documentation, supporting the officer in charge of the area, and officiating in their absence. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with village Patwaris, RIs, and revenue department officials - Ensure accurate demarcation and measurements are carried out - Advise on land/revenue matters and obtain correct information from land records - Assist in field activities and documentation - Support the officer in charge and officiate in their absence - Assist in rent distribution, accounting, and coordination with Finance - Plan and implement activities related to land acquisition - Ensure land acquisition does not impede the progress of the CBM project - Progress land acquisition work for CBM wells - Prepare and maintain accurate and legally correct documents related to land acquisition - Maintain liaison at Tehsil and village levels to facilitate land acquisition progress Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Law, Graduate, or Post Graduate from a recognized university Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication skills - Legal knowledge and good networking skills - Negotiation skills Experience Required: - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Land Acquisition and liaisoning This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, legal, and negotiation skills, along with a solid educational background in Law or related fields. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful acquisition of land for CBM projects while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders at various levels.,
