Executive LAQ CBM

The job accountabilities include: - Coordinating and liaising with village Patwaris, RIs, and revenue department officials at the District Level to ensure accurate demarcation and measurements. - Providing advice on land/revenue matters and ensuring correct information is obtained from various land records. - Assisting in stacking, marking sketches in the field, and documentation, as well as supporting the officer in charge of the area and officiating in their absence. - Assisting in rent distribution, accounting, and coordination with Finance. - Planning and implementing activities related to land acquisition. - Ensuring that land acquisition does not impede the progress of the CBM project. - Progressing land acquisition work for CBM wells, ensuring accuracy, legal correctness, timely completion, and proper maintenance of all documents related to land acquisition. - Preparing documents related to diversion/permanent acquisition, lease agreements, and other connected documents and submitting them to the concerned authorities. - Maintaining good liaison at Tehsil and village levels to facilitate land acquisition progress. The required skills and competencies for the role are: - Strong communication skills - Legal knowledge and good networking skills - Negotiation skills Education Required: - Bachelor's degree in Law / Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized university. Experience Required: - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Land Acquisition and liaisoning.,
