The Executive-Key Account Management plays a crucial role in the organization by managing and developing relationships with key clients to achieve sales targets and foster long-term business partnerships. The position involves understanding client needs, promoting products or services, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
-  Client Relationship Management:
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
 - Understand the clients & business goals and challenges.
 - Act as the main point of contact for key accounts.
 -  Sales and Revenue Generation:
 - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from key accounts.
 - Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
 - Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall company sales objectives.
 - Achieve monthly team KRA targets Resolve issues that come up on calls/chats/emails
 -  Account Planning and Strategy:
 - Develop and implement account plans tailored to each key account.
 - Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
 - Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and promotional activities.
 -  Communication and Collaboration:
 - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to key accounts.
 - Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
 -  Reporting and Analysis:
 - Escalation management & coordination with multiple teams to resolve delivery concerns
 - Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
 - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
 - Present findings and recommendations to management.
 - Conduct regular audits and evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
 -  Any other task as assigned.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 - Proven experience in key account management or sales.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
 - Goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
 - Knowledge of the logistics industry and market trends.
 
Executive-Key Account Management Skills
- Experience in working with CRM, telephony systems is a must
