Executive - IT Infrastructure (Renewable)

Description of Job:

The IT Infra Executive is responsible for implementing and maintaining Telecommunication & Networking, Information Security, IT- Infrastructure of Renewable Energy Plant(s) and overall coordination in projects implementations over remote session / in-person.

Key responsibilities will be

Day to Day operation:

• Maintenance of day-to-day Re
• newable Energy (RE) plant IT activities.
• Maintenance Field Support of Network Cisco, FortiGate Devices & Cabling, Access Control, CCTV Field Network Setup, Audio-Video Systems, EPABX / Telephone and Field network terminations, Information Security (Gateway and Endpoints), Anti-Virus, Software updates, Infrastructure Setup and support all IT security related project which drive from corporate

  .

• Perform other tasks as advised by the Manager IT.
• Visit to specific remote location of RE-Plant shall be acceptable to candidate

• Endpoint Management:

  Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of endpoints using ManageEngine Endpoint Central.

• Software Deployment:

  Manage software distribution, updates, and patches to ensure all endpoints are up-to-date and secure.

• Monitoring and Reporting:

  Monitor endpoint performance and generate reports on system health, compliance, and security status.

• Troubleshooting:

  Provide technical support and troubleshooting for endpoint-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

• Security Compliance:

  Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect endpoints from threats and vulnerabilities.

• User Support:

  Assist end-users with technical issues related to endpoints, providing timely and effective solutions.

• Documentation:

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of endpoint configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

• Security Monitoring:

  Monitor endpoint activities and alerts using Sentinel EDR to detect and respond to security incidents.

• Incident Response:

  Investigate and respond to security incidents, including malware infections, unauthorized access, and other threats.

• Threat Analysis:

  Analyze threat intelligence and security data to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.

• System Maintenance:

  Ensure the Sentinel EDR system is properly configured, updated, and maintained for optimal performance.

• Reporting:

  Generate detailed reports on security incidents, trends, and system performance for management review.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with IT and security teams to develop and implement security policies and procedures.

The candidate is expected to have worked knowledge and understanding of the following areas:

• Knowledge and understanding of IT Day to Day operation issue and handle the same.
• Good knowledge of IT Infra including Passive, Active, Firewall, CCTV , Attendance System Audio Video setup, Access controls, , Endpoint security (EDR/MDR), O365 Email security and Web security architecture, Web/URL filtering, Proxy servers.
• Good understanding of ITIL process viz. Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Request
