Company : Astral Adhesives Experience Required : 2-5 years Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering About the Role: Astral Adhesives is hiring an Instrumentation Personnel for its manufacturing unit . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in DCS programming, calibration, process instrumentation , and troubleshooting within a chemical or adhesives manufacturing environment . The role demands strong technical capability in maintaining process control systems and optimizing plant performance. Key Responsibilities: DCS & Control Systems: Perform DCS programming and configuration (preferably ABB/Siemens/Emerson or similar systems) Support changes in logic, alarms, and interlocks as per process requirements Instrumentation Maintenance: Conduct routine calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field instruments (pressure, flow, level, temperature transmitters) Maintain health and reliability of PLC/DCS-connected field devices Process Optimization: Analyze process data and suggest improvements in instrument loop performance for energy and efficiency optimization Coordinate with production and process teams to fine-tune control parameters Documentation & Compliance: Maintain calibration records, loop diagrams, and preventive maintenance checklists Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory norms during instrument maintenance Breakdown & Troubleshooting: Rapidly identify and rectify faults in instrumentation during breakdowns Provide root cause analysis and corrective actions Key Skills & Competencies: Strong expertise in DCS/PLC systems and control logic Sound knowledge of process instrumentation and analytical devices Experience in chemical/adhesive manufacturing industry preferred Good communication and teamwork abilities Apply Now: Send your updated resume to ramesh.chaudhary@astralltd.com or WhatsApp at 8353912032
