Job Description

Maintenance of machines
Handling Plant automation/ SCADA.
Responsible for utility area like air compressors & AHU.
Analysis of process wise case of breakdowns and to identify the training needs for maintenance.
Power Audit & methods to reduce power.
Total Pneumatic field Instrument.
Trouble shooting on Robots, auto Transfer system, Pick & Places, Sensors, Pneumatic systems (Solenoid valve, Cylinders, Actuators valves two stage valves etc).
Installation trouble shooting and repairing work of different types of solenoid valves, vacuum/ pressure switch, read switch, proximity, Magnetic pickup, thermocouple, RTD, encoder etc.
Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Hand on Siemens S7-300/400 and S7-1500 PLCs
PLC architect
PLC programming (Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, Structured Control Language, and Statement List ).
PLC program using OBs, FBs, FCs, and DBs.
Hands on SFCs (System Functions) and SFBs (System Function Blocks) are pre-programmed functions from Siemens for tasks like timing, communication, PID.
Hands on TCP/IP protocol
Hands on TIA protocol
developing HMI screens.
Knowledge on communication protocol
