Job Description

Role Overview:

We are hiring Executive/Sr. Executive to join our growing tech team. This is a full-time role ideal for B.Tech Computer Science freshers (01 year of experience) with strong programming fundamentals and a passion for solving real-world problems. Python knowledge is a strong advantage. You will be involved in building scalable tools and platforms that support operations, logistics, and customer experience across RecommerceXs pan-India presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and test backend systems and internal tools
Write clean, efficient, and modular code using modern programming practices
Assist in automation, data pipelines, and reporting tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and design
Participate in code reviews and continuously learn best practices
Debug issues and contribute to performance improvements

Qualifications:

B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or related field
Strong understanding of programming concepts, algorithms, and data structures preferred
Familiarity with databases, APIs, and backend architecture
Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
Basic knowledge of Python
Good to have SQL knowledge
Exposure to automation or scripting
