EXECUTIVE I - PRODUCTION

As an Executive-I (Production) in the Supply Chain department at Ankleshwar, GJ, your role will involve ensuring adherence to the production process as per laid down procedures and instructions. You will be responsible for carrying out required transactions and process records in SAP, updating safety, environmental, and quality records regularly, and reporting to superiors on the progress of the plan/production details and other issues within the section. Key Responsibilities: - Plan shift activities with respect to manpower, machine, batches, etc - Maintain close coordination with other sections (Packing) and all service departments to ensure timely completion of production targets - Handle shopfloor issues and take appropriate actions to minimize production and breakdown losses - Deploy operators in every shift and ensure batch charging/processing as per the planning schedule - Lead and supervise the shift-based team (operators & contractors) on a shift-to-shift basis - Ensure all in-process checks are carried out as per process guidelines - Fill up the shift report at the end of the shift and update efficiency records for all operators - Capture all equipment breakdowns, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and waste generation in respective portals - Ensure smooth transition of shift changeover with a proper handover-takeover process - Ensure availability of raw materials, PPEs, and production consumable items - Maintain proper shop floor and machine/equipment hygiene - Maintain the 5S of the section - Actively participate in maintaining safety, environmental, and health initiatives of the organization - Look for improvement areas and implement them in the workplace Qualifications Required: - B.Sc. (Chemistry) / M.Sc. (Chemistry) In this role, your performance will be measured based on your ability to meet the key performance indicators listed above and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the production process.,
