The Opportunity
As an Executive – Human Capital, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, supporting learning & development operations, and ensuring seamless HR service delivery. This role is critical in maintaining accurate data for decision-making, driving employee engagement initiatives, and fostering a motivated and collaborative workplace.

Role Summary :
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and accuracy across HR operations, employee documentation, and HRIS management, while also partnering with managers and teams to roll out new HR initiatives and provide timely insights through reports and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
  • Manage and maintain employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit).
  • Maintain and update employee files and records in HRIS with 100% accuracy.
  • Prepare and issue HR letters, contracts, and related documentation on time.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, leave management, and policy compliance.

Learning & Development Support
  • Support the execution of training programs and L&D initiatives.
  • Coordinate and schedule employee meetings, training sessions, and discussions as required.

Employee Engagement & Collaboration
  • Partner with line managers and cross-functional teams to foster a motivated and engaged workplace.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new HR initiatives and programs.

Data & Reporting
  • Provide MIS support, including regular data updates, attrition analysis, and related HR reporting.
  • Ensure accurate data management to support timely decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, learning & development, employee engagement, or related areas.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines.
