Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Mandatory . Prior experience in SuccessFactors consulting engagements. Strong understanding of global HR processes and industry standards. Experience working with international clients, including onsite deployments. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Educational background: Post Graduates in Human Resources.
