Executive - Group Reporting

You will be responsible for Group Financial Analysis & Planning at the leading FMCG company. This includes managing Group MIS & Short-term planning, providing quarterly/annual communication to the Audit Committee / Board on the financial performance of the Group, and supporting the Investor/Shareholder communication team. Additionally, you will manage the Long-term Planning process for the Group, which includes Annual Budget / Medium Term Plan. The role entails managing various facets of the Group's monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis, working closely with multiple stakeholders, and collaborating with finance and FP&A teams across the Group. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monthly reporting of the organization's financial performance - Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data submitted in BPC by the Business Unit - Preparation of files for reporting Flash and FR within deadlines - Managing non-finance reports and market share data - Preparing Latest Estimates monthly - Conducting Commodity Analysis fortnightly - Preparing Board and ACM Decks for quarter/year-end reporting - Developing quarterly databases covering financials of the Group and individual businesses - Conducting peer companies benchmarking - Analyzing Group performance over time - Providing budget support - Conducting adhoc analysis continuously - Offering BPC support for the Group's consolidation process - Interacting with peers to develop an understanding of the organization and business - Continuously innovating presentation skills Qualifications required for this role: - MBA Finance from a mid-tier college / CIMA - 1-10 years of relevant work experience - Experience in an FMCG environment - Good oral and written communication skills - Expertise in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point Desirable qualifications involve: - Comfort operating in an international environment - Strong quantitative and analytical competency - Clear understanding of various financial and non-financial performance assessment parameters,
