We are currently seeking a qualified Company Secretary to join our Global Entity Management (GEM) department in the role of an Executive. In this position, you will collaborate with the Manager/Senior Manager to deliver company secretarial services to a variety of non-listed client companies. Your responsibilities will include managing a complete set of company secretarial documents and activities, engaging with clients autonomously, preparing resolutions and correspondence for review, maintaining statutory records, and following directives from superiors. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree and be a student member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Additionally, you must have a solid understanding of corporate secretarial law, familiarity with relevant regulations, proficiency in computer skills (experience with Viewpoint system is advantageous), meticulous attention to detail, excellent command of English (both spoken and written), and the ability to work independently under pressure. Prior experience in handling multiple clients is desirable.
