Job Description: As an Executive in the Global Entity Management (GEM) department at Our Organization, your role involves assisting the Manager/Senior Manager in providing company secretarial services to a range of non-listed client companies. You will be responsible for handling a full set of company secretarial documents and activities, communicating independently with clients, preparing resolutions and correspondence for review by the manager, maintaining statutory records for client companies, updating and maintaining records/information, and following instructions from superiors. Experience in multiple client handling is preferable. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Manager/Senior Manager in providing company secretarial services to non-listed client companies - Handle full set of company secretarial documents and activities - Communicate independently with clients - Prepare resolutions and correspondence for review by the manager - Maintain statutory records for client companies - Update and maintain records/information - Follow instructions from superiors - Preferable experience in multiple client handling Key Requirements: - Degree holder; Student member of ICSI - Good knowledge of corporate secretarial law and familiarity with Companies Ordinance, rules, and regulations of regulatory bodies - Good computer skills with experience/knowledge in Viewpoint system as an advantage - Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy - Good command of both spoken and written English - Independent and able to work under pressure Additional Details: TMF Group is a global company with 11,000+ colleagues based in over 125 offices across 87 jurisdictions.
