As an Executive Finance & Compliance at Zoondia in Calicut, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing accurate financial reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities effectively. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial policies. - Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analysis for management. - Handle budgeting, auditing, and financial documentation proficiently. - Maintain accurate records using tools like Tally, Microsoft Office, and Excel. - Support financial modelling, cost analysis, and reconciliation efficiently. - Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in accounting, finance, or a related field or CA Intermediate is often preferred. - Proven experience in accounting or finance roles. - Proficiency in financial software systems like Tally, MS Office, and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Excel) for financial analysis and modelling. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in working with IT companies will be an added advantage.
