Executive Engineer- Electrical Instrumentation & Control

You will be working as an Executive Engineer in the EI&C department of a Water Treatment Plant located in Aundh, Pune. With over 12 years of experience in the Water treatment industry, you will be responsible for the following: As an Electrical Engineer, you will utilize your plant engineering expertise to design, maintain, and optimize documentation for the project. Your role will involve creating detailed electrical designs, including layouts for cable trays and earthing layouts. You will be responsible for selecting MV/LV electrical equipment such as Motors, VSDs, power cables, and LV MCCs. Familiarity with single line diagrams, electrical schematic drawings, and industry standards like NEMA, IEC, IS is essential for this role. While experience in Arc flash study, load flow study, harmonic calculations, and power systems is not mandatory, it would be advantageous. Additionally, you will be required to interpret client specifications and address any deviations. In your capacity as an Instrumentation Engineer, you will focus on solution/plant engineering to ensure the efficiency and compliance of water treatment plant designs. Your responsibilities will include developing optimized design documentation, preparing instrument data sheets, instrument index, PLC IO list, I&C cable schedules, and instrument hook-ups. A strong understanding of PLC and HMI based control systems, as well as critical evaluation of instrumentation design with an emphasis on electrical interfaces, will be vital. Similar to the Electrical Engineer role, you will also be expected to interpret client specifications and deviation lists. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
