Executive - Email

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the email inboxes of ministry executives, prioritizing urgent and prayer-related communications.
• Draft, review, and send emails that reflect the ministry’s mission, tone, and spiritual integrity.
• Screen incoming messages to filter requests, prayer needs, and ministry inquiries, ensuring timely responses or appropriate delegation.
• Coordinate follow-ups and maintain communication flow with donors, volunteers, church leaders, and ministry partners.
• Maintain strict confidentiality concerning sensitive ministry information and prayer requests.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating correspondence aligned with ministry events and campaigns.
• Support executive leadership by summarizing email communications and highlighting key action items.
• Utilize email management tools to enhance efficiency and maintain organized communication records.

Qualifications:

• Experience in email management, administrative support, or ministry communications preferred.
• Strong written communication skills with an ability to reflect a compassionate and respectful tone aligned with Christian values.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency with email platforms (Outlook, Gmail) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
