As an individual responsible for monitoring water consumption and waste water generation, your role will involve: - Monitoring and maintaining the record of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). - Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for ETP environment monitoring and operation. - Disposing of treated water to the plant and continuously monitoring the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) of treated water to ensure it remains within the specified limits. - Maintaining monthly records for Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) and Environment Auditors, including data on production, water consumption, waste water generation, fuel consumption, and power consumption. - Conducting monthly environment monitoring activities with third-party agencies as per guidelines. - Monitoring all effluent drain lines, including storm drains and process scrubbers. - Coordinating with Heads of Departments (HODs) to gather monthly data on production, water consumption, waste water generation, power consumption, and fuel consumption. - Ensuring the availability of First Aid boxes at the site. - Performing Documented Training Courses (DTC) activities related to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) function.
