Executive Executive Payment Gateway Integration Support Location: Mumbai About Worldline At Worldline, we are pioneers in payments technology, creating innovative solutions that make financial transactions secure, accessible, and seamless worldwide We foster an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives drive innovation and meaningful contributions to our shared vision, The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated Executive Payment Gateway Integration Support with 2-5 years of experience to support merchants with payment gateway integrations and resolve technical challenges across various platforms, Key Responsibilities Integration Support: Assist merchants with payment gateway integration across ASPDot NET, Java, PHP, iOS, and Android platforms, Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve payment gateway issues in UAT and production environments, Merchant Engagement: Interact with merchants to understand requirements, conduct feasibility analysis, and verify integration prerequisites, Payment Systems: Support various payment options including wallets, UPI, net banking, and card gateways, Environment Management: Create test environments and support production deployment processes, Documentation: Review Merchant Integration Documents, update FAQs, and maintain technical documentation, Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues, Technical Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent, Experience: 2-5 years in payment gateway integration or payment processing, Programming: Basic proficiency in Dot NET, PHP, Java, HTML, and SQL, Payment Gateway Architecture: Understanding of PG architecture and transaction processing, Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience with web and mobile payment integrations, Database Skills: Knowledge of SQL queries and database administration, Communication: Strong English language skills with ability to explain technical concepts, Location: Mumbai Why Join Us Join Worldline's global team of passionate professionals shaping the future of payments technology We support your growth through extensive training, mentorship, and development programs in an inclusive environment where your perspectives are valued and celebrated, We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, Learn more about life at Worldline at Jobsworldline
