Executive Director Adobe Lead

As an Executive Director at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), your role will involve expediting the transformational journey in GDS Customer Tech, focusing on Adobe Technologies. You will partner with Onshore teams and clients globally to build new services, solutions, facilitate GTM, stand up a delivery team, and ensure delivery with the highest standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work closely with multiple senior stakeholders across the globe to build the Customer Tech- Adobe Practice brand, grow the practice, and develop strategies, planning, and selling Consulting projects and solutions related to Adobe technology stack. - Monitor service delivery for key engagements focusing on transforming IT controls and testing, go-to-market activities, creating proposals, responding to RFPs, client orals, etc. - Identify opportunities for cross-selling to current clients and introduce colleagues from other service lines, drive business solution-based assets for Customer Technology with a focus on the Adobe stack. - Own and anchor multiple accounts, increase GDS penetration for GDS Consulting, and work with client-facing teams to prepare estimates, Point of Views, Position Papers, and contribute towards pursuits and proposals. - Travel to EY and Client locations to build client and stakeholder relationships, recruit employees, foster teamwork, conduct performance reviews, and contribute to performance feedback for the entire practice. **Technical Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate strong consulting experience and in-depth knowledge in Adobe Digital stack, lead multiple global engagements related to Adobe Digital stack. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA/B.E./BTech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems Management)/ CA with core experience in Adobe technologies with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. - Experience with Adobe Cloud Platform and its SaaS offerings, integration of AEM with other Adobe suite of products, migration projects from other CMS to AEM & version upgrades. - Ability to solution architect Adobe suite of products, comprehend clients" business requirements, and provide solutions. - Knowledge of using AEM in a cloud environment like Adobe Cloud, AWS, or other, experience in working with senior stakeholders, management consulting, and IT advisory consulting organizations. - Experience in managing teams and solution designing.
