Executive - Die Shop

As an Executive at the Chennai Radial Plant in Chennai, you will be a part of the Plant Technology (Die Shop) department. Your primary responsibility will be to handle new profile die cutting & die correction, conduct die trials based on the extrusion master profile, and ensure compliance with safety practices in TBR die shop. Key Responsibilities: - Perform die trials based on the extrusion master profile. - Conduct die cutting and die correction to meet profile compliance adherence. - Validate new die profiles & performers. - Evaluate extrusion line speed and maintain calibration instruments in the internal calibration lab. - Practice 5S principles during die shop activities. - Adhere to safety standards. Skills Required: - Basic knowledge of CNC machines, extruders, and compound behavior in extruders. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Effective planning skills. - Good interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience: - Minimum of 2 years in relevant functions. Education Qualifications: - Diploma/BE in Polymer/Rubber/Mechanical. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and quality of die cutting processes while upholding safety standards.
