Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute horticultural and landscape design projects from concept to completion.
Manage routine landscape maintenance, plant health care, and seasonal planting schedules.
Collaborate with architects, vendors, and property management teams to ensure quality standards and design intent.
Conduct site inspections and provide expert recommendations for plant selection based on climate, soil, and environmental conditions.
Monitor horticulture staff, subcontractors, and maintenance schedules for optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with horticultural practices and safety guidelines.

Preferred Background:

Proven experience in real estate landscaping projects, large-scale nursery operations, or facility management environments.
Familiarity with landscape architecture drawings, irrigation systems, and green cover planning.
Exposure to workplace environments like JLL or similar property services organizations will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Deep knowledge of plant species, horticultural practices, and sustainable landscape design.
Strong project management and team leadership abilities.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
