Executive - Debt Management Services - Rural

Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finserv Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve Debt Management Services targets of the respective branch assigned, ensuring PI targets are met.
Meet the target on the cost of Debt Management Services.
Ensure PI targets are achieved within specified cost limits on a monthly basis.
Ensure legal guidelines are complied with for the entire Debt Management Services structure in letter and spirit.
Ensure that the Debt Management Services agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force.
Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.
Continuously monitor Debt Management Services agencies and executives to identify fraudulent practices and ensure no loss is incurred due to such activities.
