Executive- Dealer Support (Malayalam)

You will be working as a Dealer Support Executive at AegisCovenant, a fast-growing InsureTech company specializing in two-wheeler insurance management and roadside assistance. Your role will involve providing exceptional post-sales support to the dealer network through inbound call and chat support. Your responsibilities will include ensuring quick and effective handling of inbound calls, addressing dealer complaints through chat, providing product training, and collaborating with the team to meet dealer needs and maintain service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Maximize Call Handling Efficiency by ensuring quick and effective handling of inbound calls. - Address dealer complaints through chat and resolve issues promptly. - Train dealers on portal usage and provide necessary product knowledge. - Assist dealers with any follow-up queries and ensure their satisfaction. - Work closely with the team to ensure dealer needs are met and service standards are maintained. Qualifications Required: - Experience of 0-2 years in customer service, dealer support, or related roles (preferably in insurance or automotive industry). - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and training abilities. - Proficiency in using digital platforms and CRM tools. - Positive attitude, proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on customer satisfaction.
