Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive - Customersupport (Tender Business) at BioResource Biotech Pvt.Ltd. in Pune. The role involves screening, validating, submitting the tenders especially on GeM. The role involves all activities required in the entire process of tender submission Communication with clients & manufacturer for timely submission and winning of the tender. Qualifications Basic experience and knowledge of tender process Good background on GeM tender process will be a preference. Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Knowledge of life sciences, healthcare, or related industries is a plus Show more Show less
