Telugu/Kannada-speaking Customer Support Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls in

    Telugu or Kannada

    (primary language)
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain proper call documentation and CRM updates
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality standards
  • Follow company policies and call handling procedures

Shift Details:

  • Day shift / Rotational shifts
  • 6 days working (1 week off)
