Role Overview

The Executive – Customer Relations will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between parents, students, and the institution. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving queries, managing admissions-related communication, and maintaining positive relations to enhance the institution’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online queries from parents and students.
• Provide detailed information about school programs, facilities, and admissions procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Support the admissions and operations team during campaigns, events, and parent orientations.
• Address concerns and escalate issues to the management when necessary.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with parents.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure timely responses to parents.
• Assist in documentation, application processing, and data entry tasks.
• Ensure a welcoming and professional environment at the reception/front office.
• Travel locally for promotions, follow-ups, and outreach activities as required (Two-wheeler must).

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills (English, Telugu, Hindi preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
• Good presentation and convincing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Positive attitude, patience, and professional behavior.

Eligibility

• Minimum Graduation required.
• MBA or Engineering graduates preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Must own a two-wheeler for field activities.
