Executive - Customer Development

Role Overview: As the incumbent for this role, you will be responsible for securing and growing the business for the set of allotted customers. Your main focus will be on coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure customer schedules are met, achieving the highest forecast accuracy level by closely collaborating with various stakeholders, maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders to secure existing business, continuously exploring avenues for business expansion within the allotted customers, aiming for on-time collection and zero bad debts, and ensuring timely collection of various statutory forms as applicable. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure customer schedules are met - Work towards achieving the highest forecast accuracy level by closely collaborating with various stakeholders - Maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to secure existing business - Continuously explore avenues for business expansion within allotted customers and introduce Nefabs product and service offerings - Aim for on-time collection and zero bad debts - Ensure timely collection of various statutory forms as applicable Qualifications Required: - Degree in Engineering - Minimum 3 years of industrial solutions selling experience - Proficiency in the local language and fluency in English - Good in numbers, MS Office, presentation, and articulation skills Additional Information: If applicable, key account management exposure, solution selling, or concept selling experience is preferred for this position.,
