Job Description: As a Farm Extension Services Coordinator, your role involves overseeing farm extension services, as well as sustaining and expanding the area under Organic Contract Farming. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that Farmer Advisory Services are effectively carried out - Implementing Contract Farming and engagement programs with Growers/Farmers to promote practices in Organic Agriculture - Sourcing Agriculture Commodities according to the plan and specified parameters such as quality and pricing - Expanding the area and membership of organic cultivation in line with targets - Collaborating with the team to develop and ensure the execution of a State-wise Business Plan to achieve Key Result Areas (KRAs) including targeted Area, Volume, Buying Efficiency, and Documentation compliance - Reviewing the team's performance based on key indicators and taking necessary steps to meet the organization's goals and objectives Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (BSc Agri) - Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in the local language of the locations (India - Madurai, Nawal Garh, Kadapa, Udgir, Hubli) Please note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.
