Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Provide timely and accurate information to customer queries.
Resolve customer complaints effectively; escalate complex issues as required.
Maintain and update customer records with accuracy.
Follow up on unresolved queries to ensure closure within SLA timelines.
Ensure adherence to process workflows, compliance, and quality standards.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in handling customer queries/issues.
Fluent English communication (both verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills with ability to use CRM/helpdesk systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
