4.Manage and update customer database in the CRM system

5. Track, assign, and follow up on incoming leads

6.Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely lead conversion

7.Monitor lead status and prepare daily/weekly reports

8.Maintain communication logs and customer interaction history

9. Coordination and Communication:Collaborate with customer service, operation and documentations to ensure smooth execution of bookings and after sales activities.

10.Prior experience in US Voice Process.Strong US Accent is a must

11.Candidates from KPO / BPO backgrounds preferred

Work Timings:

• 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST
• Note: No travel/transport facility provided
