Executive Compliance

As an Executive Compliance (Company Secretary) at our company in Mumbai, you will be responsible for overseeing the secretarial compliances of the Companies and LLPs assigned to you. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly compliance applicable to Private Limited companies, Subsidiary Companies, and LLPs. - Supporting and assisting in convening Board/Committee meetings and shareholders" meetings of Subsidiaries, LLPs, and group companies. - Preparing agendas and drafting minutes of Board/Board Committee Meetings and Directors Reports. - Preparing and ensuring timely filings of Annual Returns and other E-forms with the ROC and other regulators for various Corporate actions. - Maintaining Statutory Registers as prescribed under the Companies Act 2013 and/or other relevant Acts as required. - Providing information/documents as requested by various departments, statutory Auditors, internal Auditors, Secretarial Auditors, etc., and addressing their queries. - Handling other day-to-day secretarial work such as new entity formation, licenses renewal, and updating of MIS. - Having exposure to Foreign Company secretarial work, including regulatory filings, will be an added advantage. Key Requirements: - Qualified Company Secretary - Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience - Responsible and dedicated to the work assigned - Preference for candidates residing in Mumbai/Thane and available to join as soon as possible.,
