Ensure proper stock replenishment Coordinate with the service, CRM, and finance teams to validate data accuracy. Manage aging products, NRET parts and e-waste coordination Train new hires and Prepare skill assessment question banks Ensure all compliance regulations are met Do new module UAT before go-live SPOC for all system related escalations and coordinate with cross functional stake holder to get it resolved Preferred candidate profile Required qualification: Any degree or diploma Experience required: Intelligent fresher to 3 yrs experience candidate as Apple Technician Job specific skills: Match relevant skills to above listed responsibilities General Skills required: Proficiency in MS office, Apple Applications including keynote, good communication skills in English and corresponding neighboring state languages Travel: As required
