Job Description

As a candidate for this role, your responsibilities will include: - Continuing follow-ups with customers via mail, phone, and visits. - Submitting monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly invoices to customers through email and physical visits, and maintaining constant tracking of the same. - Confirming the invoices received from customers as per the above point. - Conducting collection follow-ups with customers through mails, phones, and physical visits. - Achieving the monthly collection target of your assigned customers. - Visiting customers for physical collection of cheques in certain cases. In terms of skills required, you should: - Be proficient in MS Excel for data management and analysis. - Have strong email drafting skills for effective communication. Additionally, you must be willing to travel as part of the job requirement. Experience: - Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.,
