As a Collections Officer, your role involves continuous follow-ups with customers via email, phone calls, and visits. You will be responsible for submitting monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly invoices to customers through email and physical visits, and diligently tracking these submissions. It is crucial to confirm the receipt of invoices from customers and conduct collection follow-ups through various channels like emails, phone calls, and physical visits.
