Executive - Cold room Revamp Sales and Service Delivery

You will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 members and overseeing service centers/call load. It will be essential to regularly review open complaints, ensuring response time and closure in accordance with SLAs. Meeting revenue generation targets will be a key objective of this role. Additionally, you will need to ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules and maintain the quality of service through regular audits. Keeping customer i-base clean and up-to-date in the system is crucial. Driving customer engagement and maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) by fostering strong relationships with customers will also be part of your responsibilities. Timely submission and processing of invoices from Channel Partners, handling the return of defective spares, warranty claims, and other settlements will be required. Providing feedback on competitors and market trends to headquarters in a timely manner is important. Implementing systems and processes at all channel partners will be necessary. Key responsibilities include having a good understanding of products, retail channels, and service business expansion. Technical knowledge of service offerings and channel management, as well as revenue generation through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and spare parts, is crucial for this role.,
