Role Overview

The Executive – Client Relations serves as the first point of contact for clients and their families, ensuring a seamless and empathetic experience throughout their interaction with Abhasa. The role demands strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle sensitive client-related enquiries both online and offline.

Job Description

  • Handle client enquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide detailed information about the services, treatment programs, and facilities offered.
  • Coordinate with clinical, administrative, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate enquiry and admission records in the client management system.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly enquiry and conversion reports.
  • Attend follow-ups and maintain healthy client relationships pre- and post-admission.
  • Support the marketing and admissions team in handling digital enquiries and feedback.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection in all client interactions.
  • Work in rotational shifts as per organizational requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: MSW / M.Sc. Psychology / M.A. Psychology / or any mental health-related discipline.
  • (Candidates from other streams with strong communication skills may also apply.)
  • Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.)
  • Languages: Proficiency in Hindi & English (mandatory); knowledge of other regional languages is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathetic, client-centric approach with emotional maturity.
  • Good organizational, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).Work Timings
